All the chrome lettering and the rear Vauxhall badge on the Astra H are all glued on with double sided foam so can be easily removed. The lettering on the Chrome boot strip can just be prized off with a credit card, as there is no risk in lifting the paint but I suggest you use a hair dryer to warm up the main Vauxhall badge on the back (and the door lettering)

Once you have removed the lettering on the rear chrome strip use some Autosol to remove any glue residue. On the Vauxhall badge and side lettering use some T-cut to remove any residue.

all badges can be removed, your issue with the bigger ones is they may have locating pins that go into holes in the bodywork. Your best bet is to look for your badge on ebay, and look at the picturs and text to see if they say about pins on the back, or ask them a question. Having said that, even the locating holes can be got round. I swapped my older style griffin for a later model one, and just sealed the holes with silicon and put the new badge over the holes
