Omega CDC2 Changer Cable

I have a 1999 Omega V6 CD with the CDR500 CD player. I want to install a CCR600 & CDC2 CD changer. The CCR600 head unit is a no brainer - just remove the CDR500 and slot the CCR600 in its place. The CDC2 is more tricky because there is no connecting cable in the boot.

When I replaced the CDR500 with the CCR600 I noticed that the connector block at the back of the radio slot appeared to have the required CD changer connector, so I'm hoping that the problem is that there is another connector somewhere between the head unit and the CD changer and that I am missing the CD changer cable that joins to that connector.

Has anyone any experience of adding a CDC2 to an Omega without the connector in the boot? Or has anyone removed a CDC2 and CCR600 from an Omega including the connecting cable, and can they verify if it is a single continuous cable or whether it has another connector somewhere in it? Does anyone have such a cable that they would be willing to sell?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Regards,
Ian
